An exclusive new cocktail will be served alongside Biggie classics.
Biggie Smalls, the kebab store by renowned Maha chef Shane Delia, has collaborated with Four Pillars Gin to create a Gin and Juice cocktail. So Delia and his team will be driving the Biggie Food Truck out to the Four Pillars distillery in Healesville.
The menu will feature their exclusive new drink and Biggie’s classic snack packs and kebabs. The cocktail, created by Four Pillars, will be in keeping with Delia’s Middle Eastern background, flavoured with spiced syrup and pomegranate; it’s going to be the signature drink of Biggie’s new Windsor venue, which opens in September.
